Shipping and Returns

My hope is that you are completely happy with your purchases from Five Petal Farm! I package my items very carefully so they arrive intact and in beautiful condition to you. Please ask questions first before buying if you are unsure about any of my dried flower and herb bundles. I understand though, that returns are a fact of life. If you are unhappy with any part of your order, please contact me at info@fivepetalfarm.com.

All orders are shipped through USPS, First Class or Priority Mail. I ship orders within 2  business days. If you require express or overnight shipping, please contact me before placing your order and I may be able to accommodate you (please note that overnight shipping can be extremely expensive).

At this time I do not ship internationally.

SHIPPING RATES
Shipping includes USPS First Class or Priority shipping cost and handling charges. 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
I require a return authorization so please contact me if you would like to return any items. I only accept returns in the original packaging and in the same condition the items were sent to you. Returns must be shipped within 7 days of receipt. Once I receive the item(s) in the original condition, I will send you a prompt refund less the shipping fees.

Please contact me within 3 days of receipt of your item(s) if your flowers are damaged in transit. Please take photos of the damaged packaging before opening as this may be required for insurance purposes.

CUSTOM ORDERS
Large custom orders require a 50% deposit and are not returnable/refundable.
